RSVPs should be sent no later than August 1st, 2025. After this date, the RSVP section of the website will no longer be available so please be mindful of this!
Our wedding is a formal event, and we kindly ask that you dress accordingly. Think suits, tuxedos, cocktail dresses, and evening gowns. Ladies, please no white or white-adjacent attire! Thank you.
We know that you’re excited and we are too! However, we are having an unplugged ceremony. No photos or videos are permitted to be taken by any guests regardless if they are family, close friends, or in the wedding party. We have paid photographers to capture our vision, and we don’t want phones in those shots as it takes away from the moment. Vendors have been instructed to intervene if there are any guests that do not honor our wishes regarding photos/videos during the ceremony.
Yes! We'll have a full open bar. Cash tips for the bartenders will certainly be appreciated but not expected. Transportation is provided via shuttle to the lodging options we have selected so that you can enjoy responsibly.
We love the children in our family, but we've decided to make this an adults-only celebration! We hope you can enjoy a fun night out!
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts to mingle, find your seat, and settle in. Please understand that late arrivals will not be allowed to enter mid-ceremony. If you’re late, you will have to wait until the cocktail hour to join the celebration.
Guests planning to use complimentary transportation should arrive at the Canopy by Hilton Harbor Point at 2:00 PM to prepare for a 2:45-3:00 PM departure. The venue is about 45 minutes from this location, which means guests will arrive with 15 minutes to find their seats before the ceremony. After the wedding, the bus will pick up at the venue and head back to the Canopy. Departure time will be around 10:15-10:30 PM.
Yes! If you plan to use the shuttle, let us know when you RSVP for the wedding so we can coordinate accordingly.
No problem! You can still use our shuttle service. It will drop you off at The Canopy by Hilton Harbor Point, and you can easily get to your final destination from there.
Absolutely, but please plan ahead if you choose to drive. Parking is available at the venue, but space may be limited and vehicles cannot be left at the venue overnight, so we encourage you to take advantage of the shuttles.
Our ceremony and reception are outdoors! However, in the event of rain, we do have a plan B to move the event inside.
More details regarding the schedule will be provided closer to the wedding day! We will be sure to send out communication via text to those who RSVP “yes” once it is available on our website!
