Hotel Xcaret Mexico

When you arrive make sure to let them know that you are staying at Fuego and they will escort you to the Fuego Lobby. You do not need to wait in line in the main lobby.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Airport will be provided

September 17, 2020 1:00 am - 12:00 pm

The shuttles for Hotel Xcaret run 24hrs. Upon arrival, walk outside and you will see the Xcaret staff with pink shirts.

Flight

The Closest Airport is the Cancun "CUN" airport

When you get there, there' s going to be some paperwork that needs to be filled out. (Make sure to bring a pen) There will be a shuttle bus waiting outside. They run every 30 minutes, walk all the way outside of the airport. Do not stop and talk to any of the sales people with booths as they will not be able to help you. The Hotel Xcaret staff will be outside waiting for your arrival.
