The fairy pools like many other places were named in adoration for a Clan MacLeod chief who married a fairy princess long ago. It's a wonderful place for a cold, refreshing swim amongst the glacial springs!

An epic light house on a more epic coast. A bit of a journey, but totally worth it for the views and potential Orca watching.
Picturesque views of the Black Cullin Mountains. There is a cave called Spar Cave close to here, there are also local boat tours that take you to Loch Coursisk which is a loch inside of the Cullins and can only be accessed by boat because the mountains surround the loch.
An old eerie place filled with mystery, Fairy Glen remained a secret until thirty years ago. Skye Brewery is in the nearest village Uig, visit while you're there!
The largest settlement on Skye, gateway to the north part of the Isle. The Bakery there is great!
