12:00 am
You will need to take two trains to the Isle of Skye, where the ceremony is. You will need to take the first train to Inverness, from Inverness, you will need to take the train to Kyle of Lochalsh. *When buying train tickets buy the round trip ticket (even if you don't know when you plan to return). It is easy to change the return trip if needed and it's a much better deal to buy the round trip ticket. Once you get off the train at Kyle of Lochalsh, you will need to take a taxi over the bridge to the Isle of Skye, or where ever your accommodations are!
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
There will only be one bus pickup at 2:30pm from here to go the ceremony site.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Kilts are encouraged, and any type of heel is discouraged if you would like to make it all the way there. Dress warm and prepare for rain! Bring an umbrella at your own risk, it can get windy.
The ceremony site is an ancient ruined castle outside. There will be no protection from weather or seating on site. From the road to the castle it is approximately a 10 minute hike, with no defined trail.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
