A large event happening in downtown Indianapolis during our wedding weekend, may affect hotel availability, room rates, traffic, and transportation options. We recommend booking your accommodations as early as possible. To help, we’ve reserved a limited number of rooms at select hotels—more details below. HOTEL ROOM BLOCKS CLOSE 04/26/2026 Please also allow extra time when traveling between locations, as increased traffic and limited rideshare availability may affect timing. Indianapolis International Airport (IND)

If you're flying in, the closest airport is IND, about 20 minutes from downtown.

Shuttle

Shuttle Service

June 27, 2026 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Complimentary bus transportation will be provided from Saint John the Evangelist to The Conservatory at Evergreen (about 20 minutes away) and back downtown after the celebration. There will be parking available at the reception should any guests chose to drive. There will not be parking available at St John. Driving guests will need to utilize limited street and garage parking.
