Ceremony

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Our ceremony is planned to be outside and parking will be available at the venue, though Lyft and Uber are also suggested. In the event of inclement weather, we will move the ceremony inside the venue and it will be seated cabaret style. Don't worry--there will be plenty of staff to show you where to go! We kindly ask you to silence and put away all cellphones for the duration of the ceremony and to wear a mask.
Cocktail Hour
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Enjoy a locally sourced cheese and charcuterie served alongside beer, wine, and two signature cocktails. Additional drinks are available for purchase at the bar during cocktail hour. We ask that you wear masks unless you are actively eating and drinking. Sanctuary on Penn has plenty of room both upstairs, downstairs and an outside deck in order to ensure social distancing.
Reception

Dinner will be served family style at each table. Please select whether you would prefer a protein or vegan option for your meal. Enjoy an open bar, music, dancing, and outdoor games for the evening! Unless you are seated and actively eating or drinking we ask that you please wear a mask. You will be seated with your family or pod during dinner. We ask you to please be kind to and aware of the staff as they work to keep everyone safe.

Join us at our favorite bar for drinks and the best juke box in all of Indianapolis! We have rented out the space for our guests from 10 PM to 2 AM with a cash bar. Please give your name to the bouncer at the door and let them know you are with the McAvoy wedding. Dorman Street is a five minute drive from Sanctuary on Penn. There is limited parking available so Lyft or Uber is recommended.
