From high school sweethearts to long-distance college students to medical professionals, our journey together has been one of love, growth, and unwavering support. We started dating on October 10, 2016 — two 16-year-olds who had no idea what the future held, but who found something extraordinary in each other early on. Nearly ten years later, on October 10, 2026, we’ll be getting married — the perfect way to mark a decade of love. Our relationship was tested early when we chose colleges eight hours apart. We spent the next 4.5 years navigating long-distance love, learning how to communicate deeply and cherish the moments we got to spend together. That season taught us to value quality time — a lesson we carry with us to this day. After graduation, we built a new life together in Dallas. Hannah began working as a cardiac nurse, and Tristan started dental school. Amidst the chaos of new schedules and long hours, we found a tiny ray of joy — quite literally. We met our sweet puppy, Rainey, at a trade day. Despite deciding we were “too busy for a dog,” we somehow ended up bringing her home. Chewed-up furniture and all, we’ve completely fallen in love with her. Our love has been through seasons of change, challenge, and celebration. Through it all, we’ve continued to grow — individually and as a couple. Nearly a decade later, we’re still choosing each other every day, and we can’t wait to keep growing up and growing old together.
