When should I RSVP by?

Our RSVP date is Friday, May 15, 2026. You can respond through the "RSVP" page on this website. If you have any trouble, please contact one of us directly. We also ask that you please let us know even if you decline.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking for formal dress (i.e. suits and cocktail/evening dresses). Also bear in mind that while both the ceremony and reception are indoors, the weather for Asbury Park in June tends to average in the 70-80°F range.

What will parking look like? / Is any transportation being provided?

Answer

There is very limited parking at the church. They have asked us that only people who have handicap tags or have mobility issues (e.g. walkers, canes) should use their lot. There is plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood around the church. Please note that the closer you park to the beach, the more likely it is to be paid street parking. The reception venue (The English Manor) has a large parking lot and will be available to park at anytime starting at noon that day. You would be more than welcome to park there and carpool with others to the church and back. Additionally, transportation has been arranged to take a few dozen people who park at the reception venue to the church for the ceremony and return back to the reception venue afterward. This option is offered on a first come, first served basis. In general, please plan to arrive early to allow time to settle into the church (and to enjoy all of the prelude music prior to the ceremony).

Where can I stay if I'm coming from out of town?

Answer

We have worked with two hotels in the area who have blocked off rooms with discounted rates. If you go to the "Hotels" page on the website, you can find more information about these hotels and their rates. Please know that they both have booking deadlines in May 2026, so be sure to book as soon as you can.
