Reserved a block of 30 rooms under Ross-Hoover, you can use the link above to book. It's about 1 mile from venue and we will be staying here! There are several hotels downtown that are also good options, all around 1 mile from the venue. IMPORTANT 2/5: There are still king rooms available. You need to USE THE DATES 3/8-10 when searching for rooms otherwise it will say unavailable. The last day to book the block rate is 2/8 :( If you are arriving/leaving different days please call the hotel to extend your stay!! - If you're booking an AirBnb feel free to reach out to us and we can make sure it's in a good spot!
Flight
More than likely you'll be coming into IAH, which is just north of the city. If you're coming in at rush hour, expect to travel an hour. If you're leaving on Sunday, expect some airport terminal traffic. Safest bet is plan for 45min to get to the airport, arrive 1hr prior to boarding time. There's another smaller airport south of the city, called Hobby (HOU). Only Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier, and Southwest fly out of here. Make sure you're going to the correct airport when you're leaving!
Travel Note
On Sunday March 10th at 2 am PST, clocks go forward to 3 am. Your phone should adjust this automatically. If you have an early flight don't forget you're losing an hour of sleep, but also - isn't that what planes are for?
