FOOD

The Wedding Website of Lydia Ross and Caleb Hoover
Houston Neighborhoods and what to find there: Downtown - Buffalo Bayou Park, business, new bars, restaurants. Walkable. EADO - East Downtown. Industrial, great collection of bars, art in a block. Very walkable. Midtown - mostly bars, restaurants Montrose - restaurants, bars, scattered in between houses (Ferndale vibes). River Oaks - fancy shopping, Galleria mall (Summerset mall on steroids) Rice Village - boutiques, cafes, restaurants. Very walkable. Museum District - Hermann Park, Centennial Gardens, Museums of course Medical Center - hospitals on hospitals, nothing fun The hotel and venue are both downtown. If you're looking for something to do Saturday morning or coming to town a bit early, we'd recommend going to Rice Village to see a different part of Houston! There's great shops and places to eat, and it's very close Hermann Park which has plenty of gardens and fountains to enjoy. If you need food recommendations, you can find a list of restaurants that don't miss.
