The Raymond venue is listed on the National Historic Register as the Raymond Motor Company. Originally a 1920’s garage warehouse, it set empty on the town square for decades. Our dream was to create a space for community and celebration in the heart of our charming downtown. It has been our joy to carefully restore it with extra thought and intention to share a most dreamy and awe-inspiring space. We are owned and operated by three friends and visionaries who are local residents who join many others thinking that Raymond is truly a hidden gem with untold potential. We are delighted to collectively realize a dream and fulfill a commitment to serve our community and state and provide a beautiful celebration space for all to enjoy. Chandelier Oaks was once a beloved summer camp and is now a stunning wedding venue surrounded by towering live oaks and sprawling green fields — and yes, the original pool is still here! Our 1930s bridal cottage, Camellia Cottage, is full of vintage charm and perfect for those getting-ready moments. We offer overnight accommodations for up to 20 guests, including the groom’s bunkhouse, a game loft with a pool table and poker, and several cozy guest rooms. Our in-house floral team, The Blooming Barn, is known for turning Pinterest dreams into real-life floral magic.
