Our tiers start with 4-1” layers of deliciously moist cake with 3 layers of dreamy Swiss buttercream sandwiched between. We can substitute one of the buttercream layers with one of our many choices of flavors of buttercream or ganache. Whether covering the tiers in our buttercream (made with European style butter), our delicate white chocolate fondant, or our NEW offering of rolled chocolate, the tiers will have a crumb coat of white chocolate ganache coating the cake first. It’s like having a hug of white chocolate truffle surrounding the cake!

MERRITT’S BAKERY, as you see it today, is the sum of years of trial and error, mistakes, corrections, and almost constant attempts at improving.
