Hello! My name is Ayrion, I'm a born and raised chef in New Orleans, Louisiana. I grew up baking with my father. One of the first desserts my father taught me to make was bread pudding, a New Orleans staple. Also, I've graduated from Eleanor McMain Magnet school and went on to study Pastry Arts at Delgado Community College.

It’s all in the very first bite! My desserts are always prepared from scratch, which makes all the difference. Each dessert is baked to order for guaranteed freshness. I connect with each client, I listen to them & try my absolute best to meet their needs by offering a wide variety of flavors.

With more than fifteen years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Tori has learned to handle high-stress situations with a calming demeanor, making her clients feel at ease. Her time as a high-end pastry chef tuned her eye for detail and strengthened her extreme organizational skills. Seriously, this girl’s therapy is making spreadsheets. Tori’s goal is to comprehend her client’s vision thoroughly, she truly wants her couples to live in a state of reverie on their wedding day.
