My bakes are 100% vegan and mostly organic. I am very accomodating of allergies and dietary needs, including nut free, gluten free, etc. I specialize in buttercream cakes and enjoy making everything from simple layer cakes to artistic tiered cakes. I don't offer fondant at this time.
