I come from generations of professional bakers and chefs. I've been baking since childhood. After hearing from family and friends all of my life that this is what I'm meant to do, I decided to give it a go and started Happiness 101 in 2015. Currently at eight years strong, business is booming and I'm quite proud to say that I've converted quite a few of the "I'm not a cake person" types to some of my biggest fans and supporters.
