Hey there, I’m Lauren. As a self-taught baker and decorator, I provide specialty layer cakes and desserts to my customers in the Buffalo area. I will work with you to provide a beautiful (and delicious!) cake for your special occasion.

Before starting my cake journey, I worked professionally in event design. After becoming a mom I decided to combine my passion for arts, knowledge of design, and love for baking. After countless hours of practicing and experimenting I am still eager to learn. I love to explore new techniques to create delicious edible art, and designs with modern aesthetics.

Wheatberry Bake Shop offers a variety of artisan breads, focacce, wedding cakes and cookie favors, special occasion and sculpted cakes, cookies, cupcakes, danish, pastries, and coffee. Everything is made in house, from scratch. We love creating exciting special cakes that meet your every desire. Wheatberry Bake Shop presents our baked goods to the public, and we also are available to supply local restaurants and cater to weddings.
