Care Instructions: Hand wash to preserve interior coating. Dishwasher not recommended. Heat-resistant and oven safe (with or without lid) up to 450°F (232°C). Compatible with gas, electric, induction, and ceramic cooktops - avoid dragging it across surfaces to prevent scratches. Recommend using medium heat and a little patience to get it hot and ready. Use caution with extreme temperature changes. Not microwave safe. No metal utensils (not recommended as it will damage the interior surface). No aerosol spray oils. Avoid contact with abrasive sponges or scouring agents as it can damage the material. Avoid heating an empty pan/pot (note: it will naturally patina over time). Be careful! As with all cookware, use oven mitts (or our Hot Grips) and care to prevent injury. Allow to fully cool before washing.
