The texture of hammertone is an ancient surface treatment for metal that is achieved through the painstaking application of hammer marks, one by one, with the intention of shaping the metal into various forms. The resulting surface texture is vibrant, faceted and as contemporary as it is timeless.

Care Instructions: Not dishwasher safe. Hand wash with gentle detergent, dry immediately with soft cloth. Avoid any detergent with lemon or other acidic agents. Wipe with soft damp cloth. Do not clean with any chemical solvents. Do not soak, even in plain water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring pads that can scratch and dull metal surfaces. Frame works with 5x7 and 4x6 photo. Place 5x7 photos in front of matting, and 4x6 photos behind matting. Matting should always be in place to allow proper function of frame.Directions for placing photo in frame - Never move tab without loosening screw first as tab may snap. Loosen screw then move tab. Remove frame back and place in photo. Place frame back in place. Set tabs in correct position, then tighten screws in place. Do not use tab to loosen or tighten screw. A screwdriver should be used.
