Felt+Fat is a ceramic design studio and manufacturer based in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. Founded in 2014, they create high quality, durable and impeccably designed porcelain ceramicwares. All Felt+Fat pieces are created with a proprietary porcelain clay body, cast or pressed into handmade molds, trimmed and finished before being glazed by one of their team members. Because of their combination of mold use and the human hand, every piece is uniform while at the same time remaining unique. Felt+Fat porcelain is both dishwasher and microwave safe and can be placed in the oven at low to medium temperatures (~200-400F). If properly cared for, these wares will last for generations.
