Down Alternative Extra Thin, Flat & Soft Stomach Sleeper Pillow

Newly updated for 2023 we have upgraded this item to a silky soft 500 thread count long staple cotton damask fabric. By popular demand, we have created an Extra Soft Down Alternative Pillow (also called a 'face down' or 'stomach sleeper' pillow). The extra soft density is made for a small portion of sleepers who find most bed pillows to be too full. It is also a great way to add a layer of cushion to an existing pillow. Many of our customers love how moldable it is.

Please note: this is a very flat pillow. Imagine laying your head on a comforter; that is how flat this pillow truly is. Due to the nature of the filling material (polyester) it is not going to be as flat as the down model because polyester is naturally more springy (But it is still the flattest polyester model we make).
