Xavier looks forward to coming over to my family’s house because my sister and MOH makes his absolute favorite loaf of sourdough bread. I told him if we get a Le Creuset Dutch Oven I would learn how to make it and never buy store-bought bread again. Needless to say, it’s at the top of our list.

As someone who thoroughly enjoys cooking and plans to cook from home everyday, I really wanted a solid quality cutting board that would last us a very long time and not dull our knives. After extensive research, this end-grain wooden cutting board is supposed to be amazing. Obviously we don’t need this nice of a cutting board for our first apartment, but we wanted something that is going to be with us for a long long time.

We’re hoping to add the Wonder Oven to our kitchen to make simple cooking easier and more enjoyable. This will be for quick weeknight meals or cozy nights at home together. This is especially useful because we tried to avoid seed oils in food.

My mom had the same marble rolling pin for the longest time, so although this is completely unnecessary, I thought it would be sweet to have a beautiful piece that reminds us of our wedding whenever we see it and lasts forever.
