Inova Life with Cancer is a wonderful organization that helps local cancer patients, survivors, and their families. Wendy visited with them a few times during treatment, and is grateful for the chance to give back.

Originally we wanted to go to Japan to celebrate Wendy going into remission, but then COVID restrictions put that on hold. By the time those let up, Wendy's graduate school schedule got in the way... and, at this point, we might as well just upgrade the trip and consider it our honeymoon.

The Children's Defense Fund is a wonderful organization that Wendy interned for in college. They advocate for the advancement of policies which positively impact children, especially those experiencing poverty, racism, or other kinds of disadvantages.

Several members of the Briggs family have this frame and rotate between photos of different family members. We are tired of being left out!
