On this Secret Food Tour: Rome Historic Center, participants will enjoy a variety of local Italian dishes in this world-famous city. Eat freshly prepared pizzas, homemade pastas and Suppl (risotto balls), the finest cheeses and wines, and drink the best coffee in town. To top it off, tour guests will finish with a great artisanal gelato, and there is the Secret Dish.
This tour takes participants into the heart of Rome by historical monuments, in picturesque markets, inside beautiful restaurants, and secret places off the tourist trail.
All the food will be served with quality drinks or, if guests prefer, non-alcoholic beverages. A thoughtfully curated Add Upgraded Drinks Package is available. This is a public tour with a maximum of 12 guests and includes eight stops.
Your guide will be at the meeting location with an orange umbrella and a big smile!

Michelangelos David, is considered to be one of the greatest masterpieces in the history of art. you'll get closer than you've ever been to this masterpiece as you skip the long entrance lines with your guide for a fascinating tour! Marvel at 15th-century paintings by the likes of Botticelli, Ghirlandaio, and Uccello in the ultimate celebration of Renaissance art.
Your guide will be there to explain the history and decipher the intricacies of each one. Other artworks you'll cover on this tour include Michelangelos famously unfinished Slaves, a set of captive figures enslaved in marble; Giambolognas original plaster cast for his terrifying Rape of the Sabine Women statue in Piazza della Signoria; and 15th-century paintings by Botticelli, Ghirlandaio, Uccello, and more!
