We are starting our honeymoon off with two nights in San Fran! While staying there we have booked a room at the Hotel Carlton and would like you to help fund this stay.

After our few nights in Yosemite we are going to make the trek over to the Grand Canyon. Of course we really don't want to drive for 14 hours straight so we are planning on making a one night stop in sin city. This fund is for our one night hotel room at the Encore at Wynn.

A mainstay of our honeymoon will be our trip to the Grand Canyon. We plan on getting to the Canyon mid-day and exploring the South Rim before spending the night at one of the park's lodges. The next morning we will begin our descent down Bright Angel Trail from which we'll start a 3 night backpacking trip exploring the inner canyon. This fund is to cover our one night lodge stay as well as the permit fees associated with our backpacking trip.

After roughing it in the Grand Canyon we plan on spending the last few days of our honeymoon relaxing with a bit more luxury in beautiful Sedona. We have booked a room at the wonderful Sunset Chateau Bed & Breakfast where we will stay for 3 nights which will include our first Thanksgiving as a married couple. This fund is to cover the room for the last three nights of our honeymoon.

After Leaving San Fran we plan to drive next door to the wonderful Yosemite National Park. To keep it natural without roughing it we have decided to rent a small cabin in the valley's Half Dome Village. This fund is to cover the expenses of our lodging for the three nights we will be there.

Our entire honeymoon will consist of us driving all around the western US, but in order to get there we are going to have to take to the skies. Unfortunately cross country airfare for two, particularly around Thankgiving, doesn't come cheap. This fund will cover our airfare both to San Francisco and back home from Arizona.

Other than the couple days we will be in the city by the bay we will need to rent a car to take us from Califronia to Arizona and everywhere in between. This fund will cover the cost of renting a sedan (for 11 days) to use during our trip.

With all our travel we'll have to eat. This fund is primarily for some choice restaurants we plan on visiting during our trip. We'll be experiencing what vegan options San Francisco has to offer with mexican fare at Gracias Madre and sushi at Shizen. Then in Vegas we have reservations to experience dining in the dark at BlackOut.

Though not a necessity as we have already have a tent, this is one of the most highly rated backpacking tents and is a third of the weights of our current tent. When it comes to backpacking every ounce counts so shaving off 4 lbs makes a HUGE difference.
