Oh, joy, the "panes" of homeownership! Our home was built in 1943 and our front windows, while they were replaced sometime after, they have leaks and desperately need to be replaced. Please help us fund their replacements! We have 9 panels this size that will all need to be replaced. Any contributions help!

A new fence on our upstairs balcony. A window bench. We've dreamed up ideas as we've recovered from when an inebriated driver drove his car through our kitchen last year. We've been daydreaming! Tiffany would LOVE to upgrade the switch plates around the house to metal to add to the vintage feel of our 1943 home! Help make it happen.

Would love to replace the previous owners "plumbing chic" fixtures of metal pipes with something a bit more comfortable.

Our favorite date nights include: the symphony, trying new restaurants, exploring new parts of town, finding a great happy hour or anywhere with a beautiful view of the sunset!
