As we begin married life, we are also starting from the ground up. Thy is continuing her studying and Alex will be beginning his residency. Over the next few years, we hope to settle in Philadelphia and purchase our first home. One of the things we are most looking forward to is traveling to Vietnam together. Alex has never been, and we can’t wait to visit Thy’s family and friends while sharing the places, traditions, and culture that mean so much to us. Lebanon holds a special place in our hearts as it is where Alex’s family is from. Because of medical school and recent challenges, he hasn’t been able to return for many years.
