As many of you know, Kara had Ovarian Cancer several years ago & while thankfully she was given a clean bill of health, she lost the ability to conceive. Kara & Steve have had a difficult journey when it comes to their options for starting a family. They explored IVF & surrogacy with the support of Kara's twin, but unfortunately that option is not possible due to the astronomical costs. Kara & Steve have decided to adopt a child & would love your support in this next step in their journey.
