Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center has held a special place in our lives since we first met. Cancer has touched both of our families and many of our closest friends, and MSK has been at the heart of care and treatment for many of them. In 2017, Theresa joined MSK's running team and ran the NYC Marathon, followed by the 2018 and 2019 NYC Half Marathons—raising tens of thousands of dollars for cancer reserach along the way. Sadly, Motor Neurone Disease ( ALS) has also touched the lives of friends and family members. As a national MND nurse, Padriac's sister Fidelma is witness to this devasting disease on a daily basis. Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA)provides essential care and support to people living with MND/ALS across Ireland. From specialist nursing care to equipment and family guidance, their services make a profound difference in the lives of those affedted.

Over the past 15 years, Theresa has grown deeply connected to the Cary Leeds Center in the South Bronx, the flagship of New York Junior Tennis & Learning. Created in memory of her boss’s son, Cary, she’s proud to have supported its development and watched it grow. NYJTL serves thousands of under-resourced NYC youth, offering free tennis, education, and life skills to help them succeed on and off the court. We have spent time at the Center and are in awe of how it is truly changing young lives,
