And so the true adventure begins! ❤️ We know it isn’t traditional, “it’s not the way it’s done”. But, instead of pots and pans, we’d like to have a little fun. If you’re thinking of giving a gift to send us on our way, a gift of cash would really make our day.❤️💰 Attempting to decide on tangible items for our wedding registry was proving to be more difficult than anticipated. We’ve been together & lived together for so long, there’s nothing we NEEDED that we didn’t already have (& probably don’t use). Therefore, utilizing a cash-fund made more sense for our situation. This cash-fund will help finance several different upcoming/current life ventures such as: 1. Honeymoon - resort, airfare, etc. (Greece and Maldives are our top desitnations so far, but we haven’t made any final decisions or booked anything yet). 2. Our weekly Saturday night date night fund - fun fact, we have a standing date night every single Saturday where we venture to a new restaurant in the ATL area. 3. A down payment on a new home/land and/or construction loan. We sold our home in Grant Park in May of 2020 because we QUICKLY out grew it. At the moment, we’re renting from our amazing realtor (who helped us buy & sell our old home) and while we love her home, we are starting to also outgrow it. We’ve come to the conclusion that to get everything we’re seeking, along with size, we will likely need to design & build our forever home. These are just 3 ways we intend to utilize the gifts we receive, but if you want us to use your gift towards something specific, please let us know! You may also notice there’s not a set “monetary goal” or “fixed amount” visible; this is because we don’t see the purpose in setting a dollar amount for these things.
