Help set up flowers & photos with us! Maybe stay to finalize if we're short on time. Flowers: vases/hanging around the venue. We're planning to buy flowers from street vendors the day of and bring some vases. Also help put some pictures of us around on tables, etc.. The venue is the decor, so we're just adding some pops here and there. Nothing major! Should be an easy one! The venue will have a full staff on hand to assist as well, so you wouldn't be solely responsible.We're planning to just share a playlist with the venue, but if someone could help ensure everything runs smoothly, that would be great! Like any impromptu song requests, knowing the mic works for any music/speeches, needed music breaks, etc.Also, making sure the photo slideshow goes up, keeps running, and looks good. *Monetary donations here go to the helpers*

With so many talented people in our lives, it seems crazy not to leave this option. Play an acoustic set, something instrumental, sing a song alone or with a group - whatever! OR, want to draw caricatures or mini portraits of guests for a bit? Cool! An art piece or something you made is great, too. There won't be a full-band setup, but the venue hosts regular events and performances, and a staff member will be on hand to help.* Monetary donations here will go to performers.

Arrive early at the ceremony site (nearby park) to make sure it's clear of people, that no garbage is lying around, and to set up some simple signage and flowers. Venue folks will be there to direct you for chair setup, directions, etc.

Help us celebrate by staying at a hotel in the city that is a liiiiiittle bit fancier than what we'd usually be able to afford! All monetary donations here go to the hotel stay and any amenities we accrue along the way.
