Everybody’s favorite dog girl is on track to join the handful of pups in the U.S. to receive a full elbow replacement. When we adopted Pepper, she had signs of an old leg injury, but she got around just fine. Now that she’s older, her pain is more noticeable—and it's time to give her the comfort she deserves.
