CMN aims to end the death penalty, advance justice solutions aligned with Catholic values, and promote healing and restorative justice. Through CMN and their own research, this mission has become meaningful to both Nathan and Alyson as they’ve learned about injustices in the legal system and Christ’s call to restorative mercy. The CPCN is a Texas-based alliance of local physicians and specialists who volunteer their time to provide free primary and specialty medical care to uninsured community members. Their clinic bridges the gap between charitable organizations seeking qualified medical providers and patients who would otherwise lack access to quality healthcare. Big Brothers Big Sisters — an organization that is meaningful to both Nathan and Alyson. Alyson has been matched with 3 littles through the organization and Nathan has been involved with their high school mentoring program. Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) is a national non-profit organization that matches adult volunteers ("Bigs") with children ("Littles") ages 5 through young adulthood to create, one-to-one mentoring friendships.
