Last year we purchased a 1940's home and it came with a few surprises (new water heater, new gas line, a leak in the walls and the floor that required a remodel to the newest part of the house, a little electrical work, not to mention a few other things that need to be done...). Ah, homeownership! If you feel so inclined, any gifts towards our home needs would be so kind!
