The cuisine at l’Institut restaurant is contemporary and tasty, but what this Brasserie is most known for, besides the famous chef who opened it, is the transparency of the venue: guests can see directly into the kitchen where their dinner and desserts are being prepared! We can't wait to observe and sample!
