We are planning a romantic getaway to the North Umpqua National Forest for three days after our wedding. This is a beautiful part of Oregon with lush forest, a beautiful National Wild and Scenic River full of Steelhead Trout, many waterfall hikes, hot springs, and delicious food and pies. We also plan to spend a day at Crater Lake National Park. We appreciate your contributions towards our celebration and will use the funds to help offset the cost of lodging and dining at the beautiful Steamboat Inn and other fun activities at Crater Lake (maybe a romantic lunch at the historic Crater Lake lodge!), mountain bike rentals and more. We will end our honeymoon with a trip to the Oregon Country Fair (pandemic-willing) in Veneta, Oregon before flying home to Salt Lake City. Thank you!

Last June, we bought a house in Salt Lake City! We love our house, but the backyard came without landscaping (think: mulch pit). Last summer, we tore out an old cracked concrete pad and made a lovely gravel patio area with two large garden boxes (see photo!). This summer, we hope to hook up irrigation, finish the garden and landscaping around the patio, hang lights and shade sails, and start replacing the fences around our lot. Lots to do! A contribution to this fund will help us make these dreams a reality as we will be able to purchase the supplies we need or hire experts when necessary. Thank you!
