One of the most exciting home projects for us is to finish our basement. Because we have a ranch-style house we have the potential to almost 2x our living space! One of our dreams is to create a movie room that we'll setup with movie posters, popcorn machine, etc. We are also planning to add an art room/ceramics studio, a gym and a guest suite. All contributors will be added to a "sponsored by" plaque in the movie room to commemorate them (and for bragging rights).
