Our beautiful house was flipped by a couple of dodos before we moved in, so we need to rip up our bathrooms a bit to fix plumbing issues they hid below the guest tub and master shower. We also need to fix several areas of flooring, set up sn irrigation system in our front and back yard, and pop a new well so we can grow plants to eat! All of this can wait. So again, no pressure!
