During our trip to Kenya and Uganda, Eric and I had the pleasure to meet Evelyn Habasa who runs Ride 4 a Woman. Ride 4 a Woman is a Ugandan non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting women facing the challenges of poverty, HIV, domestic violence, single motherhood, widowhood and who never had the opportunity to attend school.https://www.ride4awoman.org/

Sophia grew up in Bogota, and in highschool would volunteer at Fundacion Proyecto Union (specifically Hogar Santa Rita). This organization was founded by a doctor who wanted to help children with disabilities from zero income households, whose parents could not afford care. We started divng in 2024. The oceans have been generous in sharing their home and beauty with us. We would love nothing more than to be able to contribute to their consrvation.Thresher Shark Indonesia was founded in 2018. They aim to protect endangered pelagic thresher shark (Alopias pelagicus) in Alor Island, Indonesia through investigating the critical habitat, socio-economic importance of the species for the community and conservation outreach to local schools.https://threshershark.id/en/

We will donate these funds to a selection of Jewish non-profit organizations. As some of you know, Eric's grandparents are Holocaust survivors, and combating anti-semitism is a cause we hold very close to our hearts.
