Sea kayaking on the west side of San Juan Island affords participants the best chance in the lower 48 states to observe Orca Whales in their natural habitat. The pristine waters of the San Juan and Gulf Islands are host to over 80 resident Orca Whales. They are also home to many other marine mammals and birds, including porpoises, seals, river otters, bald eagles and more. During your kayak tour, you'll kayak for about an hour and a half and then stop for a break at a beautiful little cove just south of Lime Kiln State Park that has outstanding views of the Olympic Mountains and Vancouver Island. You'll then continue paddling and exploring along the rocky shores of San Juan Island. This trip will provide you with unparalleled opportunities to observe, study and learn more about the fascinating marine mammals and birds that range along this wonderful area.

Whatever your heart desires, we have a rafting trip for you that will be remembered for years to come!
Choose between 4 exhilarating rivers:
Sauk River:
The Sauk River is located at the foot of the Cascades and is known for it's non-stop action! It's named after the Sauk-Suiattle tribe and is a tributary of the Skagit River. Mountainous terrain and wildlife serve as the backdrop of the 9-mile stretch of nearly continuous Class III and Class IV whitewater. You'll experience the thrills of "Alligator Drop," "Jaws" and "Popeye."
Wenatchee River:
The Wenatchee River is one of the most popular rafting and kayaking rivers in the state of Washington because of its exhilarating rapids. The famous "Boulder Bend," "Rock and Roll," and "Snowblind" are all rated Class III based on their enormous sizes and are sure to give you an exciting ride!
White Salmon River:
The White Salmon River has rapids ranging from Class III like "Top Drop" and "Rattlesnake" to the notorious (and optional) Class V, 10-foot waterfall Husum Falls. Enjoy the beauty of the boulder strewn river and basalt walled gorge as well as the heart-pounding whitewater!
Tieton River:
Commonly called the "last summer run," the Tieton River is a great way to end the summer rafting season. While it's normally a creek, the Tieton rages into class III+ fury as the Rimrock Dam releases heavy water during the month of September.

Whitewater Rafting for 2 - Seattle

Begin with reviewing the goals of each sailor and also a review of some basic sailing principles from the book "The Complete Sailor". After the introduction and reviewing safety, you will prepare the boat and sail!
The small class size means that all students will receive personal attention and hands-on learning. Everyone will have the chance to pull lines, trim sails, and pilot the boat. Your experienced and patient captain will be by your side the whole time to teach and answer any questions that you may have.
Intro to Sailing Lesson
Enjoy 2 hours on the water learning the basics of sailing or improving your skills. Have the opportunity to pull lines, trim sails and pilot the boat!
