As many of you already know...starting a family is a lifelong goal for both of us! ____ Realizing that our situation is a bit UNIQUE in comparison to the traditional family building experience... asking for contributions towards our baby fund doesn't come without its own discomforts of putting ourselves 'out there.' ____ Yet, as important as building a new family is to us, sharing our story with all of you is the least we can do… as Gestational Surrogacy will come with seemingly insurmountable financial challenges. ____ Working diligently alongside Seattle Reproductive Medicine for the past 2-years, we currently have two-healthy embryos (boy + girl) that are frozen + patiently awaiting the next steps! By the grace of God, these beautiful embryo's will be carried to birth by a gestational carrier in a Surrogacy-friendly state. ____ We have applied for a fertility grant that, if awarded, could aid us in up to $10,000 of financial funding. So now...like our embryos we are waiting patiently until June when we will learn more (with fingers, toes + everything in between are crossed!) ____ For both of us, this is the ULTIMATE WEDDING GIFT + if you have questions (which I'm sure many of you do) give us a ring.
