Having grown up separated from his family, Shawn has, ever since reconnecting with his family, traveled each summer to the site of his birth place, a dairy farm in upstate NY where his relatives have held an annual reunion for more than 90 years running. This summer Shawn & Millie plan to drive the Sprinter camper to the reunion as husband and wife, pass through Massachusetts to visit the Wilkens, and then on up to Nova Scotia to visit his aging uncle on his mother's side.

Music...The 37' sailboat that Shawn rescued a decade ago to bring back to life. 4 years ago friends like you pitched in to get her engine installed and we've had some adventures since...but, as any boat owner will tell you, a boat is a hole in the water into which you pour your savings...but...when she's sailing...ahhh, you forget the cost, the time, the bilge water gurgled curses...

Shawn and Millie plan to "pull up stakes" here in Miami when they retire in a year and a half. The dream is a property not too far from the water where a small sailboat would wait to give them a break from the small family farm they intend to build. With these they will continue to share their love for the Florida outdoors with others.

Shawn & Millie dream of sailing through the Dardanelles Strait from Croatia on the Mediterranean to the Black Sea/Bulgaria.
