Just outside of Rome is a 16th- century winery in a small town called Frascati, it is one of the oldest family run wineries in the region. This wine tasting experience includes a tour of the beautiful winery, the wine caves which date back to ancient Roman time and wine tasting paired with the family's olive oils and lunch.

We found this class online and the reviews are outstanding. During this 4 hour course, we would learn how to make homemade pizza dough and two types of pasta dough as well as 10 different pasta shapes and 2 pasta dishes. Chef also includes unlimited homemade wine, limoncello, and tiramisu.

A guided tour through the Colosseum where we will learn all about the gladiator experience. Then we will go back in time and walk through the ancient city of Rome: The Palatine Hill, Imperial Palace, and Roman Forum. Each tour ticket costs $70.

We can't wait to wine & dine in Italy!

We plan to travel from Rome to the breathtaking Almalfi Coast, the fastest way is by train. This gift would cover both of our tickets for the 2 1/2 hour ride. Each ticket costs $25.

We are so excited to visit Vatican City. This gift would get us into the church itself and allow us to visit one of the museums.

One of our favorite things to do is have a picnic at Alki beach, we'd love to take that tradition with us to Italy and have a picnic date on a beach in Italy.

Roberto is an enthusiastic archaeologist with vast knowledge of the Greco-Roman history and all its wonders. In this 3-hour walking tour, we will see the most important areas of the ancient city, like the Porta Marina (Sea Gate), the main square, the Roman Forum and the Temple of Apollo. Roberto will also bring us to explore hidden spots out of the tourist routes!

After visiting Pompeii, we would love to climb the mountain that erupted & preserved the ancient city of Pompeii. This gift would cover the taxi ride to Vesuvius and entrance fees to get into the park.

This gift will buy us a glass (or two!) of wine to help us relax on the plane ride to Italy. Cheers!
