Yum :)Brief side story: Shannon's first job after graduating from UT Knoxville and moving to Denver was at Sweet Cow Ice Cream. Before the job, she was neutral on ice cream. But after seeing how they mix it, LITERALLY using a blow torch to toast marshmallows for the s'mores ice cream and more, she fell in love and has a million ice cream flavor ideas.
