Neither of us had done much traveling in the early stages of our lives so we never really knew what we were missing out on. It only took me (Devin) 3 months of dating Heather before I crazily asked her to get on a plane with myself and a few friends (none of who she had ever met) and travel the farthest south either of us had been: Walt Disney World! It took this one trip to ignite our passion for adventure together, since this trip we have traveled north to Acadia National Park in Maine and as far west as Bozeman, MT where we got to visit Yellowstone National Park. Although the United States still has plenty to offer us, and we can't wait to see as much of it as possible, we feel that our first adventure as a married couple lies across the ocean. We hope to experience the culture that the UK can provide for just a few days at the beginning of our trip. Then we plan to take a ferry across the North Channel to Ireland where, and this is the most important part, I can FINALLY taste a Guinness Draught straight from the Guinness Brewery! We PROMISE that if we take this trip we will go completely against our typical nature and take plenty of pictures for all of friends and family to enjoy on Facebook and Instagram!
