We're planning to stay in a combination of hotels & airbnbs throughout Japan. Since we don't know which hotels we want to stay at or even how many nights, any contribution would be greatly appreciated!

We are visiting the hot springs capital of Japan in Hakone and will be staying in a traditional ryokan with its own private hot springs.

Kaiseki is a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner, and is considered a type of art form that balances the taste, texture, appearance, and colours of food. Our ryokan offers kaiseki dinners - we'd love to sample the local delicacies!
