SuitUp donations help students in underserved communities learn about the career opportunities available to them. SuitUp is an interactive competition where companies work with the students to create a business plan and learn skills to succeed in business. Danny is a member of the corporate board of SuitUp making this a special cause for the couple.

The McCarton Foundation opened the doors to the Bronx's only center designed especially for babies with autism in 2018. The grand opening of McCarton Center Bronx was a huge milestone for the team of dreamers and believers who worked for three years to fundraise and plan for a center entirely dedicated to helping children with autism gain access to the treatment and therapy that will change the course of their lives. Julie is a Board member of the foundation and cares deeply about child development and children with special needs. Any donation to help fund the Bronx Center helps provide a child with Autism the therapy they need.
