Central Park Conservancy is responsible for the management, restoration, and enhancement of Central Park, and we rely on private donations to fund that work. In fact, a majority of the more than $85 million budget needed to keep the Park beautiful and vibrant comes from individual donors.

City Harvest is New York City’s largest food rescue organization, helping to feed the nearly 1.2 million New Yorkers who are struggling to put meals on their tables. We will rescue 64 million pounds of food this year and deliver it, free of charge, to hundreds of food pantries, soup kitchens and other community partners across the five boroughs. Our programs help food-insecure New Yorkers access nutritious food that fits their needs and desires; increase our partners’ capacity; and strengthen the local food system, building a path to a food-secure future for all New Yorkers.

We are spending the second half of our honeymoon scuba diving in Zanzibar. Before we leave, we'll be completing the certification process. That way, we can jump right into open water dives on the trip!

We are spending the second half of our honeymoon scuba diving in Zanzibar, mainly at the Mnemba Atoll, a 4.5 miles (7km) reef that is a conservation success story, where turtles, dolphins and the whale sharks can be seen in the months from September to December. We plan on diving 3 days, with two dives each day.

We are spending the first part of our honeymoon on a safari in The Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. Each day will consist of game drives and picnic lunches in the park.
