Grandpa Jimmy Cronin always prayed for "the hungry children of the wold." As war and power deliberately starve people of basic human food around the world- specifically in Gaza- we aim to support missions that bring humanitarian aid, and food, to the frontlines. This scholarship was established in honor of our friend Brad Farmer. He was a local teacher, PineCone jam leader, band member and friend. His friends and family got together in the days after his passing and created this scholarship fund to honor his memory and pass on his love for bluegrass and old-time music to others! https://youtu.be/bmGkNnHYquM?si=RaLmalxx5VgfL3uJTo learn more about the scholarship fund, please visit: https://pinecone.org/brad-farmer-memorial-scholarship/

The African Women's Education Fund aims to support young women and their wish to attend school. Sarah's Uncle Jack spoke with Franciscan Brothers around the world who said that they wanted to be able to financially support any young woman who wanted to attend school. Gaynell Cronin, Fran Holt and Claire Cronin- among many other supporters- championed this cause and AWEF was born! To date, the foundation has supported over 125 women through school. Visit https://awef.org for more information!
