Some projects we have already completed: a new roof, heating system, downstairs bathroom gut, electric work, plumbing work, refinished flooring, plastered ceilings, demo and insulation of second floor, and a new front lawn. Upcoming work to complete that your gifts would contribute towards: new stairs on side entrance, new windows, refinishing second floor (building a guest room, bathroom, and library), renovating the backyard (concrete area around pool, pool remodel, outdoor patio/grill area.
