Espresso Semi Pro is a professional performance experience made in La Pavoni. For the barista experience it has metal housing, professional steam wand and portafilter and heated brewing group. It has high personalization with an LCD display which allows you to personalize different settings. Fast and easy to clean, ready in less than 4 minutes with a dedicated descaling program. With the triple heating system dedicated to the coffee thermoblack, actively heated grouphead and steam thermoblock. The coffee thermoblock ensures fast heating of the machine. The grouphead ensures precise temperature control and the steam thermoblock allows for a faster switch from steam to coffee.

<li>Having full control when using the LCD display allows you to personalize the coffee parameters such as preinfusion, coffee temperature, predosed coffee function and steam intensity</li>
<li>The machine parameters allows you to control standby, ecomode, water hardness, descaling program and measurement unit</li>
<li>The LCD display has a steam icon that appears when the steam function is activated, hot water icon when the hot water function is activated, descaling alarm, coffee brewing temperature that displays the temperature once the machine is ready and the empty water tank alarm</li>
<li>There are three buttons under the LCD display: Left button is single cup function, the middle button has 2 functions</li>
<li>Short press which allows you to switch from steam to hot water, long press brings you into the setting menu</li>
<li>The right button is the double cup function</li>
<li>Coffee can be extracted in 2 different ways:</li>
<li><ol>
<li>Using the preset functions available, the extraction will start and stop automatically when the set quantity is reached for single or double cup, it is possible to customize both lengths of the preset function</li>

<li>Manually, by using the lever switch. To start the extraction, move the lever switch upward. Once you reach the desired quantity you can stop the coffee extraction by moving the lever downwards</li>
</ol>

<li>In both cases, during the extraction the display will show the shot timer</li>
<li>Steam, hot water activation: Both steam and hot water are dispensed from the steam wand</li>
<li>To change from steam to hot water and vice versa the user can press the central button</li>
<li>The display will light up the dedicated icon once the thermoblock is at the set temperature</li>
<li>To deliver steam or hot water you can rotate the knob counterclockwise</li>
<li>To enter the settings menu, press the steam/hot water selector for 5 seconds</li>
<li>Once in the menu you are able to change the language (EN-DE-IT-ES-FR), unit of measure for temperature (°C - °F), coffee temperature (194F - 212F), preinfusion (defines the duration1-5), steam intensity, (1-3) standby time (5, 10, 30, 60 minutes), ecomode (on/off), water hardness level (1-3), descaling (on/off) and reset factory settings (yes/no). 15 bar passive cup warmer</li>
